All orders are prepared and shipped from our studio in Madrid, Spain.
Our goal is to get your curtains to you quickly, safely and at a fair cost.
- Order processing: 12–24 hours on business days
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is confirmed.
Spain (mainland & Balearic Islands)
- Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch
European Union countries
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch
These are average timeframes. Remote areas or peak seasons may take a little longer.
We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination
- From time to time we offer free shipping promotions – these will be clearly indicated on the website
Order tracking
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with:
- A tracking number
- A link to the carrier’s website
You can check the delivery status at any time.
If your parcel:
- Arrives damaged
- Has not arrived within the expected time
please contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we will help you investigate with the carrier.
For deliveries within the European Union, orders are usually not subject to additional customs duties.
If you are ordering from outside the EU, any import duties or local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
