You may return eligible items within **30 days** from the date you receive your order.
To be accepted, returned items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- Free from smells, stains, pet hair or damage
- In their original condition, with all labels and packaging (where possible)
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
- Custom-made curtains or altered sizes
- Items sold as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
1. Contact us with your order number and the item you wish to return
2. We will confirm whether the item is eligible and provide return instructions and the return address
3. Pack the items securely and send them back using a trackable service
Unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product, **return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will email you to confirm approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider)
Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable, except where required by law or when the error is clearly ours.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour or model:
- The simplest way is to return the original item and place a new order
- In some cases we may be able to arrange a direct exchange – please contact us and we will let you know the best option
If you receive:
- A damaged product, or
- An item that is different from what you ordered
