1. Where do you ship from?

All orders are prepared and shipped from our studio in Madrid, Spain.

2. Do you ship outside Spain?

Yes. We ship to most EU countries.  
If you are unsure whether we can ship to your location, please contact us before placing an order.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

- Spain: usually 1–3 business days after dispatch  
- Other EU countries: usually 3–7 business days after dispatch  

Please note that processing time (12–24 hours) is additional.

4. Can I return my curtains if they don’t fit?

Yes. You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as they are unused, unwashed and in original condition.

5. Do you offer custom sizes?

At the moment we focus on carefully selected standard sizes that fit most European windows.  
If you are interested in custom sizes for a project or wholesale order, please contact us and we will see what is possible.

6. Are your curtains blackout or just dim-out?

We offer different types of fabrics:

- Blackout curtains – block most light and are ideal for bedrooms  
- Dim-out / light-filtering curtains – soften daylight and provide privacy without making the room completely dark  

The product description will specify the level of light blocking.

7. How do I choose the right size?

As a simple guide:

- Curtain width: we recommend total curtain width of 1.5–2 times the width of your window or curtain rod  
- Curtain length: measure from the top of the rod/track to your preferred length (just above the floor is most common)

If you are not sure, feel free to send us a photo and measurements – we are happy to help.

8. How should I care for my curtains?

Care instructions may vary by fabric, but in general:

- Gentle machine wash or hand wash  
- Use mild detergent  
- Do not bleach  
- Hang to dry and iron on low heat if necessary  

Always check the care label on the product page for specific instructions.

9. My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel, with:

- Your order number  
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging  

We will help you with a replacement or refund.

10. Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible.  
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to help.  
Once an order has been dispatched, changes are no longer possible, but you may still be able to return the items.
